It is possible to delete a KNX NextGen course as long as there are no apprentices registered. If, however, there are apprentices registered for the course, then the NextGen educational institute first has to unsubscribe all apprentices. In order to unsubscribe the apprentice, please follow the steps described below:
- Click on the Person icon next to the course (Account / NextGen educational institute / Courses).
- Select all apprentices.
- The educational institute will now be able to delete the entire course by clicking on the trash bin next to the course.
- If an exam has been started for the course, then it is no longer possible to delete the course.
