For Users Utilizing a Cloud License:
A cloud session may still be active. Please reset the session and attempt again. To reset the session, kindly follow the steps outlined below:
- Log in to MyKNX → Account → Products.
- Locate your cloud-licensed product.
- Expand the entry and click on the Cloud License link.
- Select Deactivate to end the session.
- Reopen ETS6 and attempt to license again.
This procedure clears the previous session and enables ETS6 to access the license anew.
Please note: Always ensure you log out from your active session upon completion of your work. This action terminates the current cloud session and guarantees that you can use your license on another computer without complications. Leaving the session open may result in ETS restricting license access on other devices.
For Users Utilizing a Dongle License:
If you are using a USB dongle and experience license errors, it typically indicates that the dongle is not recognized or there is an issue with it. Please refer to the official troubleshooting procedures below:
