The information shown below is displayed in the status bar (8). Use a right mouse click to select what information you would like to see in the status bar.
Standard properties
Bus connection (name/condition) |
This status bar field shows the currently active connection between ETS and the KNX installation. The context menu (right mouse click) offers the option to disconnect from a live connection. Connection Options * Use the arrow icon to obtain a list of all possible connections. You can select a different connection from the list by clicking on it. The <ETS Default> connection defines the current interface in the connections.

Current Line | This field indicates which line is set as the 'current line', see Current Line for more details. |
Tree Selection | This field shows the currently selected item or the number of selected items (if more than one is selected) in the active Tree View. |
Current Selection (detail view) | This field shows the currently selected item or the number of selected items (if more than one is selected) in the active List View. |
Active Workspace | Name of the active Workspace. |
CAPS Lock | Shows whether the CAPS Lock is active. |
* When the connection malfunction is rectified, e.g. after correction of a network problem, the state automatically switches back to the live (uninterrupted) mode.
