1. Content of the reports panel

The print button allows to generate reports for several items. The items for which a report can be generated are those stated in the table below:

Icon	Name	Description
	Building Functions	It lists all the building functions that have been created in the project.
	Buildings	It lists all the Buildings as well as their contained devices, that have been created in the project.
	Group Addresses	It lists all the Group Addresses that have been created in the project.
	Project Certificates	Serves as hand over to the customer as part of the installation/hardware delivery. There herein contained information exists in plain text and needs to be preserved (this is explicitly mentioned in the report itself). Print out of the in project used certificates, assigned to an device (devices sorted after addresses, devices without address placed at the beginning of the list). Certificate (as string and QR code) Address Name Serial Number Initial Device Key (FDSK) Should there be no certificate available at all, there will be an remark in the report too.
	Project Security	Serves as last backup, if the project is not available anymore at all. There herein contained information exists in plain text and needs to be preserved (this is explicitly mentioned in the report itself). Backbone Key (if available) For each KNX Secure devices (sorted by address) address, name, Device Key, Authentication Code (if available) Additionally for KNX Secure Interfaces for each interface address, name, password (if set) for each secured Group Address, name, key All 16 byte keys will be formatted as 32 char hexadecimal string. Should there be no KNX Secure devices/objects or a secured backbone at all, there will be a remark in the report too.
	Project Status	It lists all the devices within their topology and their programming status.
	Single Device	This function can only be executed when a singe device is selected (e.g. in another window). The Reports panel should be open before the device is selected for the first time. Only active (visible) parameters and Group Objects (the number of links is irrelevant) will be printed out, regardless of whether invisible Group Objects are linked to Group Addresses.
	Topology	Only active (visible) parameters and Group Objects (the number of links is irrelevant) will be printed out, regardless of whether invisible Group Objects are linked to Group Addresses.
	Trades	It lists all the trades as well as their contained devices, that have been created in the project.
	Parts List	It lists all the devices that have been added to the project, grouped per manufacturer.
	Project History	It lists all the entries from the project log, including those from the Project Tracing App as well.
	Project Statistics	Statistics about the content of the project (e.g. Devices, Group Addresses, Buildings, Functions, etc.)

2. Reports panel toolbar

The reports panel toolbar offers the functions stated in the table below:

Icon	Name	Description
	Refresh	It updates a report, for example if an element in the project has been modified or another device has been selected (there is no automatic update when there are changes in the project).
	Print	When the Print function is called, the standard Windows printer is always used as the default, i.e. it is suggested for printing, but, of course, it is possible to switch to another available printer (e.g. a user-installed PDF printer).
	Export	Clicking the export button creates an export in PDF format of the report, while clicking the button allows an export in PDF, CSV or HTML format.
	Settings	The definition of font, paper and printer formatting (independently of any possible settings of the printer itself) can be done here. These are also used for the view in ETS. Additionally, it can be defined whether the parameters of plug-in devices should be included in the report. The font takes effect on ETS5 preview and on PDF/HTML Export format.
N/A	Include	Channels: Shows or hides the channels of the devices selected in the Building Function Group Addresses: Shows or hides the Group Objects of the devices selected in the Building Function Objects: Shows or hides the Group Objects of the devices selected in the Buildings, Group Addresses, Topology or Trades Parameters: Shows or hides the device parameters of the devices selected in the Buildings, Topology or Trades The above elements can be enabled/disabled individually and independently of each other on the device in the respective reports (this can increase the size of the reports significantly). This, in turn, only affects active (visible) parameters and Group Objects (see above under Topology /Individual Device).
N/A	Zoom	Zoom out: It zooms out in the current view (the respective option in the dropdown menu is shown) Dropdown menu for zoom selection: The desired zoom can be selected manually from the dropdown menu Zoom in: It zooms in in the current view (the respective option in the dropdown menu is shown)
