Problem:
When using the Extended Copy app, the icons (topology, building, devices) are not shown in the preview nor are they printed, why?
Resolution:
The print preview is based on a browser component, and modern browsers have a default setting to save ink/toner and NOT print unnecessary graphics. In order to see the icons in your preview as well as to be able to print them, you shall enable the “Background graphics” option.
