The use of the KNX logo on unregistered products is only allowed in the following situation:
- Company must be a KNX member company
- Signing of Trademark License Agreement
- Signing of IPR License Agreement
- Products only to be used for publicity reasons, e.g.:
- in product catalogs
- brochures
- fairs, etc.
- Only if KNX Association has been informally notified by the KNX manufacturer:
- Informal notification means that registration is not required and that the KNX Certification department is informed.
Note:
Unregistered product may never be sold with the KNX logo until the registration as explained in Technical evaluation and registration by KNX Association has been carried out.
