Step-by-step guide to changing the email address for your MyKNX account.
- Change your email address via Account → Profile → Settings.
- You'll need your MyKNX password to confirm the change.
- The new email address can't already be in use by another MyKNX account.
To change your email address:
1. Log in to your MyKNX account and go to Account → Profile.
2. In the Account Security section, click Settings.
3. Click Change E-mail Address.
4. Enter your new email address and your MyKNX password.
5. Click Next.
If the new email address isn't already used by another MyKNX account, the change is accepted and a confirmation message appears.
If the new email address is already used by another MyKNX account, reset the password of that other account.
