How to access your MyKNX account security settings

Step-by-step guide to opening your MyKNX security settings to change your email address, password, or two-factor authentication.

• Security settings are opened via Account → Profile → Settings.
• You'll be redirected to id.knx.org and asked to log in again. This is expected.
• From the Manage Account page, you can change your email address, password, or two-factor authentication settings.

You can change your email address, password, and two-factor authentication settings in the security settings of your MyKNX account.

To open your security settings:

1. Log in to your MyKNX account and go to Account → Profile.

   2. Click Settings.

   3. You're redirected to id.knx.org. Log in again with your current credentials.

You're then taken to the Manage Account page, where you can:

• Change your email address
• Change your password
• Enable/Disable Two-Factor Authentication
