Question
Although products have been uploaded to the Online Catalog (via a MyKNX manufacturer account), they are not visible in ETS. Why?
Answer
There may be several reasons, check the following:
- The product has not been activated for the market selected in ETS, check respectively here Manage Markets and here Online Catalog settings .
- The market to which a product has been activated, does not have any active languages. To check and set the market related active languages, see Manage Markets .
- The product does not contain the required languages for a specific market. In order to check this, see Reports .
