In this Sidebar container, you can store project information about unfinished tasks that you or your colleagues must do, e.g. devices that need to be installed and downloaded.

Use the symbol to create a new To Do entry. Entries (text) should not exceed a maximum of 64k characters. |

Use the button to print out or delete all entries. Additionally, you can mark all items as "Done" or "To Do". |

Use the symbol to edit a To Do item. Quick Link Mark an entry using the checkbox o at the right edge. You can insert a Quick Link into an ETS object (e.g. Group Address, device, building part, etc.) by simply dragging it from the window to the To Do entry. Name Change the name of the entry using a double-click on the name field or F2. |
Notes
- Use Quick Links in To Do entries. Quick Links will save a lot of text and navigation work and thus speed up your design process!
- To Do items are project-specific. Consequently, an entry for an item in one project is not visible in another open project.
- If you delete an element linked to a To Do item (e.g. a device with Individual Address 1.1.10), the device link (and icon) will disappear but the To Do item will be kept and you can continue using the To Do item. An Undo of the device deletion will restore the device 1.1.10 but not the link to the To Do item.
- To Do items are included during project imports and exports and when saving to the project archive. Consequently, they can also be further edited on a different computer (after a project import).
