If the wrong theoretical exam type was selected when creating a KNX course, it can be changed from online to offline or from offline to online, provided that the theoretical exam has not yet been composed.
Request a change
Contact KNX Association by submitting a support request. In your request, provide the Course Identification Number and indicate whether the theoretical exam shall be changed from online to offline or from offline to online.
KNX Association will change the theoretical exam type accordingly.
Exam already composed
Once the theoretical exam has been composed, the exam type can no longer be changed.
