Please note that the:
- Exams shall always be taken in the presence of a KNX tutor.
- Exception: Theory exam tutor course can be also taken online (remotely).
- Theoretical online exam has to be composed on the exam day (not before!)
- Compose exam only for the students who are present on exam day.
- First, the theoretical exam organization field in the course properties shall be set to online.
- Select the 'Person' icon next to the course.
- Select the student(s) for whom an online exam shall be composed.
- As soon as the 'Compose Exam' button is clicked, a clock representing the 'online exam' is shown. This means that the online exam has been composed for the selected student(s).
- If there is also a practical exam for the KNX course, then please follow the following steps:
- Enter the practical exam result by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the student. Please also confirm the results by clicking on the 'Confirm results' button.
- An automatic email is now sent informing the student about a new KNX certificate and voucher (if vouchers are available and if the student has passed the exam).
- The student will only be able to download the KNX certificate if the KNX satisfaction survey is filled out.
- Enter the practical exam result by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the student. Please also confirm the results by clicking on the 'Confirm results' button.
