The number of students who can be confirmed for a KNX course cannot exceed the maximum number of students specified when the course was created in MyKNX.
The maximum number of students depends on the number of approved training rigs available at the training centre and the applicable requirements for the selected course type.
Increasing the course capacity
If a training centre wants to accept more students for a particular course type, it may first need to increase the number of approved training rigs.
To do this, update the training centre profile in MyKNX and add the additional training rigs and corresponding equipment.

Once the additional training rigs have been registered and approved, the training centre can increase the maximum number of students for the applicable course.
Example
If the maximum number of students for a course is set to 10, no more than 10 students can be confirmed for that course in MyKNX.
The maximum number of students shall always comply with the applicable training rig and tutor requirements for the selected KNX course type.
