A KNX course can be deleted in MyKNX as long as:
- no students are registered for the course; and
- no exam has been started for the course.
If students are already registered, they shall first be removed from the course before the course can be deleted.
1. Open the course
In MyKNX, go to Account → Training Centre → Courses
Locate the course you want to delete.
2. Remove registered students
If students are registered for the course, click the person icon next to the course.
Select the registered students and remove them from the course.
Once all students have been removed, the course can be deleted.
3. Delete the course
Return to the course overview and click the trash bin icon next to the course.
The course will be deleted from MyKNX.
The course cannot be deleted after an exam has started.
Once an exam has been started for a course, the course can no longer be deleted.
