After submitting an update to your KNX training centre profile, KNX Association may add comments or request additional information before the update can be approved.
Normally, you will receive an automatic email when action is required. However, if you have not received an email, you should also check the status of your pending application directly in MyKNX.
Check your pending application
In MyKNX, go to Account → Applications
Open the pending application for your KNX training centre. Go through the different sections of the application and check whether KNX Association has added any comments or requested additional information.
If additional information is requested, update the applicable section and resubmit the application.
No comments or requests are displayed
If your profile update is still pending and no comments or requests from KNX Association are displayed in the application, you can submit a support request for further assistance.
