A KNX certified training centre can renew its annual subscription for up to six years at once through the MyKNX Shop. Use this procedure if you want to renew your subscription without using an accumulated renewal discount.
1. Open your subscriptions
In MyKNX, go to Shop → Subscriptions
2. Order the subscription
Select the applicable training centre subscription fee. Choose the number of years for which you want to renew the subscription. You can renew the subscription for up to six years at once.
3. Complete the order
Select the preferred payment method and confirm the order.
4. Subscription renewed
Once KNX Association has received the payment, the training centre subscription is automatically extended by the number of years ordered.
For example, if you renew the subscription for three years, the expiration date of the training centre subscription will be extended by three years.
Important: accumulated renewal discount
If you renew your subscription using this procedure, any renewal discount accumulated during the current period will be reset to zero and can no longer be used.
You will start accumulating a new renewal discount for the next renewal period.
