KNX certified training centres can receive a discount on their annual subscription fee when eligible students upgrade from ETS Lite to ETS Professional.
For each eligible ETS Professional upgrade, the training centre receives a €10 discount on its annual subscription renewal.
At most 50 upgrades per training centre per year are taken into account. The maximum annual renewal discount is therefore €500.
How is the discount generated?
After successfully completing a KNX Basic course or KNX Condensed Practical Basic course, eligible students receive an Upgrade to ETS Professional voucher.
When a student uses this voucher to upgrade their ETS Lite license to ETS Professional, the corresponding training centre receives a €10 renewal discount.
The available discount is automatically calculated in MyKNX.
1. Open your training centre profile
Before your training centre subscription expires, go to your training centre profile in MyKNX.
2. Check your renewal discount
Go to: TC Subscription Renewal
The available Renewal discount is displayed. The discount is based on the eligible ETS Professional upgrades associated with your training centre.
3. Renew at the reduced price
Click: Renew at Reduced Price
MyKNX will create a special offer containing the applicable renewal discount. Accept the offer and proceed with the payment.
4. Subscription renewed
Once the payment has been completed, the expiration date of your training centre subscription is extended by one year.
Inform your students
Training centres should inform eligible students about the Upgrade to ETS Professional voucher they receive after successfully completing the applicable KNX course.
The voucher is time-limited and shall be used when purchasing the ETS Professional upgrade for the purchase to contribute to the training centre's renewal discount.
