A KNX certified training centre can configure email reminders in MyKNX to be notified before its training centre subscription expires.
If the training centre subscription has expired, the training centre can no longer create KNX courses.
Setting subscription reminders
You can configure up to three reminder timings for the expiration of your training centre subscription.
1. Open your training centre profile
In MyKNX, go to Account → Training Centre Profile
2. Configure the reminders
Locate the subscription reminder settings. Define when you would like to receive the reminder emails before the expiration of your training centre subscription. You can configure up to three reminder timings.
The reminder emails will be sent according to the timings you have selected.
