Each employee working for an organization can be given a specific access role. Add the person to your organization, thereby inviting him/her under Account (1) / Members (2) / Add person (3).

The access roles that can be given at this stage, are:
- Administrator
- Organization TechnicalDpt
- Organization PurchaseDpt

Should this organization decide to become a KNX certified training centre, then it is possible to give a specific access role first during the application process and also later when the application has been confirmed by KNX Association. These access roles are:
- Training Centre Administrator (mandatory)
- Training Centre Tutor (mandatory)
- Training Centre Technical staff

If the KNX tutor is not a member of your organization yet, you will need to invite him/her first by entering his/her email address in the application itself (Section: Staff). Only when the invitation has been accepted by all KNX tutors, you will be able to further continue your application for becoming a KNX certified training centre. |
