If you are informed by email about a rebate action, and you wish to use the related voucher code, follow this procedure:
- Copy the voucher code received by email
- Supposing you have a MyKNX account, log in to it via my.knx.org, if not create one first
- Once logged in, go to Account > Vouchers
On the voucher page, you can paste the voucher code into the field 'Add Voucher Code'
