1. Place Your Order Directly
- Go to the "SHOP" section in your MyKNX Account, browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in invoice and shipping details.
-Companies should provide their VAT number; individuals can leave it blank.
- Select your payment method: Bank transfer, Credit Card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
- Confirm your order after reviewing and agreeing to the license terms.
- A pro forma invoice will appear under "Orders," with the final invoice issued after payment.
-you can enter your company’s PO number in the 'Address' step. If you don’t have it, you can still complete the order
2. Request an Offer (Optional)
- To receive an offer, submit at MyKNX Support.
- To accept and proceed, visit the "Offers" section in your account.
- Ensure your address is added to place an order.
Note: If you need a final invoice before payment, just contact MyKNX Support with your pro forma number (PFXXXXXX).
3-How to Order an Upgrade
If you currently have a lower version of ETS and wish to upgrade to a higher version, you can easily do so via your MyKNX account. Just follow these three simple steps:
- Log in to your MyKNX account and navigate to the Shop.
- Select the Available Upgrades section.
- Choose the desired license and click Buy to complete your purchase.
