KNX Association operates exclusively as an online shop, which is why full payment is required before any software licenses and/or dongles are delivered. Below is an overview of the payment options available.
Payment Options
1. Online Payment (Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal)
- Processed immediately.
- Your license is automatically added to your account and is ready for activation right away.
- If your order includes a dongle, it will be shipped separately.
2. Bank Transfer (1–2 working days)
Bank transfer payments are handled differently depending on your country and internal payment requirements. There are two options:
Option A:
Mollie Payments (default for SEPA countries)
By default, bank transfers from SEPA countries are processed through our payment service provider Stichting Mollie Payments. This system is fully automated and integrated into our web shop.
How it works:
- After confirming your order, you'll receive a pro forma invoice with the payment details.
- Make the transfer using exactly the details provided, including:
- Recipient: Stichting Mollie Payments

Payment reference: the long reference number provided (format: RFXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
- Once payment is received, the pro forma invoice automatically converts into a final invoice, downloadable from your MyKNX account.
Important: Providing incorrect or incomplete payment details will cause Mollie to reject the payment. In this case, the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within one week.
Option B:
BNP Paribas Fortis (all other countries) traditional bank connection
Some companies require an official bank confirmation statement, or aren't permitted to pay third-party payment providers. As Mollie falls into this category and cannot issue such statements, we can switch your account to our traditional bank account setup:
- Contact us via info@knx.org to update your account settings from Mollie to BNP Paribas Fortis.
- We will issue a new pro forma invoice with our traditional Belgian bank details, along with a personal 'communication' to identify your order.

Note: Customers located outside the SEPA zone automatically receive our Belgian bank account details from BNP Paribas Fortis, since Mollie transfers are only available within these countries.
Troubleshooting
What to do if order status remains in "NOT PAID"?
- Double-check that you used the exact payment details (recipient name and reference number).
- Check your bank account for a possible automatic refund coming from Stichting Mollie Payments, in case the payment was rejected.
