How to retrieve an ETS license using a retrieval code

Step-by-step guide to retrieving an ETS license in your MyKNX account using the retrieval code you received.

• You need a MyKNX account and a retrieval code to retrieve an ETS license.
• Enter the code under Account → Products → Obtain licenses.
• The license appears in your account immediately, ready for installation and activation.

To receive an ETS license, you need a MyKNX account and the retrieval code you received. 

To retrieve your license:

1. Log in to your MyKNX-account and navigate to Account → Products.
2. Click Obtain licenses.

      3. In the Obtain License window, enter your retrieval code (e.g. ADOWNQ) and click Obtain.

Result

The licence is transferred immediately and appears right away under Products. 
You can then install and activate the license:
- ETS6 software installation
- ETS6 licensing
