As an online-only store, the MyKNX shop requires a MyKNX account (my.knx.org) to purchase, activate, and manage digital software licenses. Please note that we cannot accept orders via SAP, email, post, or any other channel outside the MyKNX online shop.
We offer two payment options:
- Online payment for immediate processing.
- Bank transfer if you prefer to pay offline.
Step 1: Create a MyKNX account
Create the appropriate account at my.knx.org based on your needs:
Step 2: Complete your account details
In your account, navigate to Account > Manage Contacts and provide the following information:
- Your complete billing address, including your European VAT number for cross-border transactions (if applicable).
- Your shipping address, if it differs from your billing address.
- If you add multiple addresses, assign clear labels to help you identify them during checkout.
Step 3: Create an offer for your internal PO process or place your order directly
Once your account is fully set up, you can either create an offer for your PO process or place your order directly.
Please refer to our available license types and prices.
- Go to the Shop section and add the desired software license(s) to your basket.
- Go to your basket, adjust the quantities if required, and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your billing address, VAT number (if applicable), and shipping address.
- Select your preferred payment method (see Step 4).
- At checkout, you can either create an offer for your internal purchase order (PO) process or confirm your order directly.
- Create an offer (for your internal PO process): choose this option if you first need to complete your internal approval process and generate a PO number. Once your PO has been approved, go to Account > Offers, open the offer, click the pen icon to add the PO number to your offer under 'Reference', and then confirm the order.
Step 4: Payment methods
As we are an online shop, please note that if you confirm your order directly, payment must be completed before we can deliver the license.
Online payment (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal)
- Processed immediately > your purchased licences are added directly to your account.
- If your order includes a dongle, it will be shipped by our Shipping service.
Bank transfer (1–2 working days)
When you select bank transfer, you will receive a proforma invoice containing the required payment details, as explained in our Payment Guide.
Can't pay online or with a proforma invoice?
If online payment or a proforma invoice doesn't work for your company, we can issue a final invoice instead. Simply contact info@knx.org with your proforma invoice number and request one.
Step 5: Receive your order after payment
Once payment has been received, the license will be automatically added to your account and will be ready for activation. If a dongle was included in your order, shipment will be initiated.
